Monroe Chocolate Spa & Nails Reviews

I was going there for five years, They don’t scrub your feet good, They are super rude! And they force you to give a tip and they are truly over charging people I leave their paying at least like 170 every time and the service is horrible. They are extremely rude. I no longer go there. I always paid and gave tip and the owner was very disrespectful to me. I would not recommend for anybody to go there. The workers are always For you to Give a tip if you get five dollars that’s not enough!!!! DONT GO HERE !!!!

There is no price list; they make prices up as they go along. $35 for gel POLISH only. Even if you bring your own polish they are charging $35 to polish the nails AND they don’t offer regular polish. I will not be patronizing this establishment ever again DO NOT COME HERE - they over charge and are RUDE

Best nail place around - I drive all the way from Warwick. You can’t find a better pedicure around. Quality, relaxing, efficient and decently priced for what you get. AND VERY CLEAN. I recommend to anyone who asks!

I went there on May 11th, 2026 for a refill, and honestly the quality was terrible. They only filled the acrylic halfway down the nail, so as soon as they finished, it already looked like my nails had grown out for over a week because of the huge gap left near the cuticle. On top of that, within just a few days the UV gel started lifting from my nails, and today — only 10 days later — several nails completely detached and ripped off. I had to go to another salon to get them fixed properly, when my nails normally last me an entire month without issues. The customer service was also very uncomfortable. The staff kept rushing me to pick a color, constantly moving me around from place to place, and acted annoyed anytime I said or asked something. They were laughing and speaking to each other in their own language the whole time, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional. Even when I gave them a tip, they immediately started talking and laughing again. I still tipped $5 for the pedicure and $5 for the manicure, even though they were not friendly at all. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

They are one of the rudest nail salons, they definitely live up to their negative reviews. Unfortunately, we have to give a star, but I wouldn’t have given a star I daughter had gotten her nails done the same day one of the nails chipped already without her even doing anything went back the next day, telling them That her Nail broke the same day they didn’t care they didn’t fix it as a courtesy. They charged seven dollars more which is really disgusting considering they charge with a charge. The girl upfront was very rude, kept reading her book as I was talking to her
